ave you ever taken a moment to do a body scan? If not, we highly recommend it for anyone, in celebration of why our differences are beautiful and a way to relieve or manage some stress. Sometimes we can be holding onto pain and discomfort without knowing it, and a body scan can unlock where the pain is coming from so that we can move forward in healing.

Body scans are a meditative practice that give you a chance to check-in with yourself and see how you’re really feeling physically, embrace the imperfections of your body and relive the stories and history your body has collected so far in your lifetime.
